We are always looking for people to come help us. We need help with things such as cleaning cages, cutting nails, cleaning litter pans, doing laundry, and ESPECIALLY playing with the shelter kids. </div> <div> If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail us at Jaded1313@hotmail.com and put volunteer in the subject line. We’ll give you a call and set up some times. You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer or have a parent sign a permission form. </div> <bR> <div> It's great experience for you and/or your kids, especially</div> <div> if you’re thinking of becoming ferret parents—</div> <div> and it’s a fun time to boot! Volunteering with us is an easy way to get in your community service hours (for high school), meet new ferret people or to just hang out and have a good time. I really can’t say enough good things about how volunteering helps the shelter, the ferrets and the volunteers. The more hands on deck, the easier & faster things go and the more that we accomplish.
